Lychee Trees Growing From Seeds

Here sprouting tropical lychee trees from seeds are 😋The lychee is a tropical evergreen tree.
Have you tried growing them from seeds? Actually it's not hard to grow a lychee tree from a seed but don't expect fruits soon. However, it may be a lovely houseplant for you.
To start with it, I bought some ripe lychee fruits from a grocery store.
I love lychees! Fruits are delicious, sweet, juicy and fragrant. I like to bite a small piece off around the stem and then squeeze the fruit so that the aril (the fleshy part around the seed) pops into your mouth. So yummy!
The next step is remove the lychee seeds from the fruits and wash them up.
I put them in soil /not deep/, covered with a piece of plastic and kept in a warm place.
To provide a warm environment usually I use an electrical mat with a thermostat. Heat really helps for germination, and stimulation root growth.
No need to provide bright light until the sprouts come out. According to my experience, sprouts from seeds appear quite fast.
At this stage the plants need  bright, filtered light.

Lychee trees need full sun, however it should be introduced gradually to prevent leaf burn. Place your tree in an area that receives some measure of wind protection that a delicate new growth wont be damaged by it.
For best results, you should attempt to simulate the soil environment of the natural lychee habitat, which is rich in organic matter, moist with good drainage and free of artificial components like perlite or vermiculite.

My little lychees feel good so far, and look healthy. I feed them by fresh horse manure, which is completely mild enough compared to other animal manure.

I will let you know how it goes with growing these little ones 🌱🌱
